I am committed to bringing you the very best products I possibly can and use many testers, an editor, as well as sewing many, many samples myself. However, no matter how many eyes look at something, sometimes errors happen!
I want you to be truly satisfied and have the best possible sewing experience with my patterns! So, I created this section to make you aware if any corrections arise. If any errors are found, I immediately correct all future printing of the patterns. If your pattern was purchased before the date shown on the correction, please take note of any change.
If you find any corrections that need to be made, please email me at ellieinspired(at)juno(dot)com.

4/27/2011 The waistband length was corrected to be the following. This does not affect the fit of the skirt since the elastic measurement stayed the same but does help in pulling the skirt on over the hips.

4/30/11 Robe Front Bodice pieces should say CENTER FRONT instead of CENTER BACK.
On page 5, the page numbers are incorrect.
The sleeve diagrams are of a long sleeve so disregard the first paragraph on page 13.

10/12/11 – Nonie’s Girl was updated to include two hem lengths and three sleeve lengths. If you purchased the pattern previous to this and have the pattern with this cover below, please take note of the additional information to create a dress with a shorter length or jacket with a shorter sleeve length.

For the skirt, use the chart on page 2 for the measurements, but take note of the new shorter length for a casual version:

For sleeves, use the existing pattern piece, but cut it shorter. The finished length for short sleeves and 3/4 sleeves should be the following for each size:

4/4/12 – The original bodice was redrafted to improve the fit. You can download the new pattern piece here.

10/10/12 -
If you are making the Hopscotch pattern (sizes 1-5), the total amount needed for BOTH the sleeves and the bodice should be **1/2 yard** for all sizes.
If you are making the Hopscotch Girl pattern (sizes 4-12), the total amount needed for BOTH the sleeves and the bodice should be **3/4 yard** not 3/8 yard for all sizes.

In the first week after Cottage Girl was released, there was an error in the cutting instructions for sizes 12, 14, and 16. The middle tier should say to cut THREE lengths instead of TWO. If you cut 2, it won’t be gathered at all for those sizes. However, the fabric requirements on the pattern back are correct – so if you purchased fabric according to that, you will still be fine. If you purchased this pattern in the first week after its release, please make this correction on your pattern.
